Last year, we visited the viral Vission Bakery in Central to try their unique creations. I personally enjoyed their Banoffee Puff and Portuguese Egg Tart Cookie. Check out my review here.

So on our recent trip to Hong Kong, we made sure to visit Vission Bakery’s sister brand, Cookie Vission, which specializes on cookies (again, don’t ask me why the name has 2 “s”). Founded by pastry chef Winnie Pang, it started out as an online store in 2020 and eventually had a pop-up at K11 Musea. It finally opened a brick-and-mortar store in the quiet neighborhood of Tai Hang in March 2021.

Their classic Chewy Chocolate Chips is good. It passed the standards of my cookie-loving wife!

One of their creative cookies is the Peanut Butter Jelly. It’s nutty and tart, and is really like a PB&J sandwich enveloped in a buttery cookie dough.

Look at that peanut butter and jelly!

Their Vietnamese Coffee flavor is true to its name. It has a gooey coffee-based filling, giving a strong coffee flavor in every bite.

This will definitely wake you up!

The Matcha Macadamia gives a subtle yet lingering matcha flavor.

If you love brownies and cookies, then make sure to get their fudgy Brookie.

We didn’t get to try their Portuguese Egg Tart, because we’ve already tried it in Vission Bakery. We think it’s the same.

It’s made with a creamy and velvety custard enclosed in a soft cookie dough that has chunks of chocolate.

Cookie Vission makes amazing classic and creative cookies. But I have to be honest that it’s on the pricey side. Still, I think it’s worth visiting by every cookie lover, like me and my wife. I highly recommend it to you!
