I love cheesecake. My wife and I have been wanting to visit a viral cheesecake spot in Singapore called Queic by Olivia. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to do so last year. So on our recent trip to the Lion City, we made sure to drop by.

Queic by Olivia describes itself as Singapore’s first cheesecake boutique. It’s a sister company of Olivia, a MICHELIN-selected Spanish restaurant in the heart of Chinatown.

We visited its flagship store in Kreta Ayer Road. It has a unique interior with cheesecake colors—yellow and brown.

Queic’s cheesecake has gone viral for being creamy and savory. But is it worth the try?

Look at those cheesecakes!

We started with the Olivia’s Signature Cheesecake, which is the cheesecake that started it all. It’s made with a mix of bleu cheese and cream cheese, which explains that nice, funky cheesiness. Its crust is made of almond sablé.

This is so good that our group easily finished it in seconds!

Is this the best cheesecake in Singapore? Probably. But is this the best cheesecake I’ve ever had in my life? Absolutely! So yes, it’s worth the try!

If you want chocolate in your cheesecake, then try the Olivia’s Signature Chocolate. It gives a nice Ferrero-ish taste, and has a nice crumbly crust.

During our visit, they were offering the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake, inspired by the viral chocolate creation from Dubai. It has dark chocolate cheesecake cream and an in-house pistachio cream, placed in a cocoa almond sablé crust and topped with ground pistachio.

If you’re a fan of the viral Dubai Chocolate, then you’ll like this. It has nice textures as well.

Queic by Olivia bakes the best cheesecakes, period! You can really tell that the quality of ingredients is topnotch. No wonder that their cheesecakes aren’t cheap, even for Singaporean standards. Still, I think it’s worth spending your hard-earned money. With that said, I highly recommend it to you!
