This article is part of the Singapore Food Trip 2025 series. Singapore is a melting pot, with the Chinese, Indians, and Malays making up most of its population. This multi-ethnicity is reflected in its hawker centers.
If I’m craving for Indian food, I usually go to Little India (check out my Little India food trip here). And if I want to splurge a bit without breaking the bank, my go-to would Tekka Centre (check out my guide here). One of the stall worth trying there is Delhi Lahori.
Delhi Lahori
Delhi Lahori is named after its namesake cities in India and Pakistan. The owner named his stall that way because he wants both Indians and Pakistanis to come together and taste both cuisines at his stall. (A bit of history: During the British colonial years, India and Pakistan were only one country. When the British rule ended, the two separated from one another.)
Obviously, the stall specializes in Indian and Pakistani cuisines. So expect charcoal-baked naan (flatbread), tandoori chicken, and flavorful curries. It first got its MICHELIN Bib Gourmand recognition in 2024. So I’m happy that I’ll get to try it only a year after.
Delhi Lahori is best known for their Butter Chicken. It’s buttery, flavorful, and not as thick as I expect it to be.

Of course, butter chicken is best paired with naan. Delhi Lahori’s flatbreads are freshly-made, fluffy, and chewy. I love the Butter and Garlic and Cheese flavors.

The Kashmiri Naan has raisins and what I think are apricots. It’s sweet and fruity.

Delhi Lahori also offers Chicken Tikka, or boneless chicken pieces marinated in yogurt and spices. Then it’s roasted on skewers inside a tandoor oven.

Their version is tasty and a bit juicy, although bordering on the dry side.
You can also get Seekh Kebab at Delhi Lahori. It’s juicy, spicy, and also flavorful like other dishes.

Delhi Lahori’s food is a flavor bomb. Because of its price points, I think it’s worthy of a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand recognition, which are given to establishments that offer value for money. With that said, I highly recommend it to you!
