Here Cafe: A Massive Cafe in Clark Freeport Zone (Pampanga)

I’ve observed that more and more cafes are opening up in Angeles City and Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, a province north of Metro Manila. Last year, we visited a Korean-inspired cafe that offers a free studio-quality photoshoot for its paying customers (read my review here).

Recently, we tried a fairly new one in Clark Freeport—Here Cafe.

Here Cafe

Here Cafe is a massive, 2-story cafe that boasts a 500 seating capacity. So I guess no matter what time you visit, you’ll get a seat right away.

It has a modern-industrial interior that will definitely satisfy your Instagram fix.

To order, like in most cafes, you will have to queue at the counter. It feels like you’re in a posh fastfood. LOL.

Should you want to drink water, you can get from their water dispenser with cucumbers, lemons, and oranges in it. Talk about going extra!

Flavored water, anyone?

Aside from drinks, cakes, and pastries, they also serve brunch plates, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, and sides. But we’re just there for the drinks and snacks.

Here’s what we tried:

I got the Spanish Latte, which is creamy, right strong and sweet, and has a hit of cinnamon. My wife got the bestselling Galaxy Lemonade, which is so colorful and definitely Instagrammable.

We paired our drinks with Banoffee Cake (forgot the exact name). We think there’s gelatin in the mousse. Still, there’s a lot of mousse and I like it. It’s also not too sweet.

We also got the Dark Chocolate Cookie, which is dry and chalky unfortunately, and the Oreo Ensaymada, which has a dry bread but a good chocolate cream cheese filling.

And one more thing: They have a cotton candy machine. Unfortunately, it’s not working during our visit.

Here Cafe is one of the better cafes in Angeles City and Clark Freeport Zone area. I love that it’s cool (literally and figuratively), clean, and spacious. Its Korean manager was roaming around when we visited, making sure that the cafe is in order. I appreciate that!

I have yet to try their food. But with their nice drinks and cozy ambience, I think it’s enough for me to recommend it to you!
